Our PROCESS

While our company may be young, our team has more than three decades of die casting experience under its belt and a drive to make an enormous impact. From simple LED heat sinks to complex car parts, everything is given top notch priority through our structured process:

PART ANALYSIS AND MOLD FABRICATION

Using advanced SolidWorks CAD, we make sure each nook and cranny of your part is precisely designed and optimized for die casting. To further ensure this, sophisticated simulations are run to analyze the thermal behaviour of the part during the casting process. Once everything is ideal, the mold design is sent to our mold manufacturing partner for fabrication.

hIGH pRESSURE DIE CASTING

This is where our expertise truly kicks in. Molten aluminium is pressure injected into the mold to yield immaculate parts using state-of-the-art machines, all under the watchful eye of highly skilled technicians. Quality is given priority over production numbers through constant pressure monitoring and ideal die cooling between successive shots. All this meticulous effort translates into low rejection rates and high production.

MACHINING

To further process each part, all machining processes are available in-house. Semi autonomous drilling, lathing, lancing, and trimming machines are employed to keep costs low and precision high, all at an extremely swift pace. Special Purpose Machines (SPJs) can also be custom made for each part to provide lighting fast, simultaneous machining at a fraction of a Virtual Machining Center’s (VMC) cost.

INSPECTION

To ensure fast and accurate inspection, we custom design a dimension gauge for your part. This, along with calipers and visual inspections, makes sure that no imperfections leave the dispatch area.
